Since this was the first store I checked out, I was a bit overwhelmed going in. A lot is going on at the time of my visit, as people search a large selection of products, ranging from furniture and household tools to clothes and accessories but the personnel and volunteers make up for it with their friendliness and commitment to the organization's objectives, which fosters a feeling of community among fellow customers. Patrons review St. Joseph's Thrift Shop as having a cozy, welcoming, and community-focused atmosphere and they’re right! I love how welcoming and nice the place is, as well as how supporting the shop's philanthropic endeavors, giving me a feeling of purpose while shopping. Focusing on all sorts of sports-preloved items, from baseball bats and gloves, the store also has a 2000s exploratory vibe that I dig (kind of like She’s The Man themed). From the moment I entered the store, I loved the design and layout since it added a contemporary and welcoming shopping environment. I decided to check this one out since people give Ever Green Consignment a 5/5 rating for its friendly and unique atmosphere. Aside from the easy parking, this place brought back the excitement of finding distinctive, fashionable pieces from shirts to corduroy pants, at reasonable costs.
